Childbirth Preparation Classes Plus Labor & Delivery Unit Tours

Prepared Childbirth:

Feeling anxious about the birth of your baby? We want you to be prepared. Our childbirth preparation class is designed to acquaint expectant parents with everything they need to know about pregnancy, labor and delivery, cesarean section, post-partum and newborn care. Classes are available in 1 day, 2 day and 3 day courses. Labor & Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit tours are also available. The Prepared Childbirth classes are $45.00 per couple . Classes are held at the Breast Center at 3006 South Maryland Pkwy, Suite #250.

Hospital Tours:

You can tour the Sunrise Children’s Hospital Labor & Delivery suites as well as the advanced Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Tours are available at the end of each Prepared Childbirth Class. However, if you would like to schedule a more convenient time, please call 702-233-5437. Tours meet in the Sunrise Children’s Hospital Lobby. Park in the south parking lot and follow the signs to Sunrise Children’s Hospital.

We recommend pre-registering for your delivery. Pre-registration is available in the Admitting Department at Sunrise Children’s Hospital. Simply stop by prior to your expected delivery date and fill out the required forms. Please remember to bring a photo ID and insurance information.
